Annabelle Stark
Sources attach this name to the 1 place below. The name itself is part of the folklore record.
Annabelle 'Dirty Annie' Stark is St. Elmo's resident ghost — the saloon-keeper's daughter who spent her life in the dying town and is said to still watch the main street from her window, rifle close by. She's the one figure locals insist stayed behind when everyone else left. The main street keeps her window watched.
