  • Probably explained — likely source
  • Unresolved — no explanation found
  • Secondhand — reported, not witnessed

Ruled out

A log that ends "nothing happened" is still a good log — it is data the next visitor does not have. Never enter posted, private, or unsafe ground; a dossier is a reason to visit legally, never to trespass.
