Trans-Allegheny Lunatic AsylumLily’s Room
Lily is Trans-Allegheny's resident child ghost — described in tour lore as a girl who died at the hospital and lingers in a room set aside for her, complete with toys visitors leave. Whether she existed or not, the asylum's keepers gave her a room, which is more than most legend children get. The reports keep the address on the map.
