St. Augustine LighthouseTower stairs
The 'Man in Blue' is the St. Augustine Lighthouse's keeper-figure — the cigar-smelling presence in keeper's dress reported on the tower's 219 steps, attributed to a former keeper still making his rounds. He's the adult counterweight to the Pittee children's laughter: the tower's working ghost. The report keeps its place in the record.
