The Balsams ghosts
Sources attach this name to the 1 place below. The name itself is part of the folklore record.
The dead are said to linger. The lore files them collectively as the Balsams ghosts. A hotel in Dixville, New Hampshire with more than a century of check-ins gives the reports plenty of rooms to work with. A named spirit outlasts an anonymous one; the file's name is The Balsams ghosts. It remains the site's standing claim.
