The Eddy spirits
Sources attach this name to the 1 place below. The name itself is part of the folklore record.
The spirits are reportedly still summoned. The lore files them collectively as the Eddy spirits. The site in Chittenden, Vermont gives the account a documented setting: real place, real history, unresolved reports. 'Eddy Brothers / Chittenden' carries the account. The name travels further than the proof; the sightings keep renewing the lease.
