The Laniers
Sources attach this name to the 1 place below. The name itself is part of the folklore record.
The Lanier family is reportedly seen. The Laniers is what the reports name it. A house with Madison's history behind it gives the reports a setting that needs no exaggeration. 'Lanier Mansion' carries the account. The named presence is what turns a haunting into a household. The claim holds its place in the ledger.
