Reported anomalies filed in West Virginia

The West Virginia record holds 5 dossiers in this class — filings the archive keeps because the report is on record, not because it resolves cleanly. Legends, creatures, investigations and claims that resist a tidier drawer all land here. Each file keeps what was reported next to what the paper trail supports; the reader sorts the rest.
