Standing files in American Samoa

American Samoa keeps 3 dossiers on places still working — the legend rides alongside the day job. A hotel, a theater, a lighthouse can carry a haunting reputation and a full schedule at once; the filing records what is claimed about the ground, not what the staff will tell you at the desk. Check hours and seasons before you go — the record is not a timetable.
