A crossing with a second toll, according to the filings. Bridge dossiers carry some of the oldest claim shapes in the archive — a figure on the span, a sound under it, a presence attributed to a documented death or to a legend with no date at all. The structure itself is a matter of engineering record; the reports that attach to it are filed as reports. The archive notes where the two meet: usually midspan, usually after dark.
