Named ghost legends filed in Rhode Island

Rhode Island files 5 hauntings with a name attached — a claimed identity, often a former owner, a patient, a soldier, kept alongside what the record can actually confirm about that person. Many named ghosts turn out to be real people; whether they stayed is the part nobody can file.
