Presences filed in Oregon

3 Oregon dossiers describe a haunting that repeats rather than interacts — a presence felt, footsteps on schedule, the same event replayed for successive witnesses. Folklore reads these as recordings set in the ground; the files take no position, logging only that the report recurs and who has filed it.
