Roads with a file in New York

New York files 3 stretches of road and crossings as places in their own right, because the reports treat them as such. The most migratory claims in the archive live here — phantom passengers, lights that pace a car, figures at the same curve across decades of separate accounts. The mile markers are on record; why the reports recur where they do is left where the record leaves it.
