Museums with a file in West Virginia

3 West Virginia dossiers cover institutions built to keep things, filed under reports that they may be keeping more than the catalog admits. Staff testimony carries particular weight in these files — the witnesses know the normal sounds of the building better than anyone. The archive logs what was reported and by whom; it does not appraise the holdings.
